Watch out for: Brandon Heath and his debut album Don’t get Comfortable, Musically he reminds me of Counting Crows, John Mayer and maybe a little James Blunt on the secular side. Casting Crown's newest album called Lifesong Live released on Oct 3rd is a live recording of a recent concert. You’ve heard all of the songs before if you have their Lifesong album, these are strictly live versions. Most of them are very good. If you don’t like live concert music then this one isn’t for you. Otherwise it’s worth checking out. Also coming out on Aug. 29th the lead singer, Mark Hall, is releasing a book entitled: “Lifestories”. Castingcrowns.com has more info about the album and the book
